Can I Manually Close the Sikka Platform Cloud (SPC)?
If you need to close the Sikka Platform Cloud utility (SPC), please follow these simple steps:
Option 1:
- Locate the SPC System Tray Icon in the lower-right corner of the screen by the date and time
- Right-click on the Icon and select "Exit"
- Click "Yes" on the confirmation dialogue box
Option 2:
- Open your Windows Task Manager
- Select the "Processes" tab
- Locate the items called "SSCService.exe" and "SSCWindowsService.exe"
- Right-click on the items and select "End Process"
- Close the Windows Task Manager
Note: Please do not close any other processes. These are vital to your operating system running correctly. Closing the SPC may result in delays updating data and delivering email reports.
