How Do I Configure Antivirus Software To Allow the Sikka Utility To Run Successfully?
Antivirus software can either prevent the SPC from running or communicating with our Cloud. In some cases, our utility is flagged as unwanted software - this is called a false positive. Security software typically has configuration settings that will allow you to specify trusted programs that can run freely and will not be blocked by the antivirus software. Each software vendor has their own configuration settings. We recommend using the vendor's instructions on how to configure their software for accepted programs.
