How do I reactivate the API access?
Please note that the once API partner turned off the API access, then can't turn it ON from API Portal.
To reinstate the practice, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Partner Marketplace URL.
2. Locate and click on the "Register" button.
3. When prompted, indicate that you are an existing Sikka customer by selecting "Yes".
4. Provide your existing Sikka login credentials (Registered email address/username and password).
5. Upon completing the re-registration process, you will receive an email notification at your registered email address confirming the attempt to access your data. You will need to either allow or deny access by clicking on the provided link.
6. Additionally, you will encounter a pop-up from SPU requesting your consent for data sharing.
Grant permission, and you will observe the API access status set to "ON" within the API Portal.
