How to Delete Favorite KPI (s) from My Favorites in our New Practice Optimizer

Login to https://po3.sikkasoft.com with your Practice Optimizer credential information.

Once you are logged into our New Practice Optimizer, go to 'My Favorites', hoover your mouse to any KPI (s) that you would like to delete. Un-check the 'heart' symbol on top of the KPI category (ie: un-checked Remaining Insurance Coverage), then click back on the 'Home' tab.

Click back to 'My Favorites' tab. Remaining Insurance Coverage has been removed.

You can delete and add KPI (s) at anytime to your 'My Favorites'.
