How to update Credit Card / ACH billing Details?
Monthly recurring charges are automatically processed by Sikka. Clients are responsible for updating this information directly through their Sikka account page.
You can update the credit card details by following steps below;
1. Login to https://account.sikka.ai/ using Sikka login details
2. Click on Subscription
3. Click on Add/Update CC XXXX link button under "Action" column.
4. Update Credit Card /ACH Details and Click on Save.
