Install Dental Collect Enterprise For An Existing Sikka Software Customer

If you are installing Dental Collect Enterprise and discover that the client is already using another Sikka Software product like Optimizer Classic, Patient Home Page, Benco Practice GPS Navigator, etc, there is no need to install the Sikka Cloud Platform utility. Please follow these steps.

1: Go to "dentalcollectenterprise.sikkasoft.com" and select "Existing Customer? Register with DC Enterprise".

2: Enter the existing Sikka Software account details. Select "Next".

3: Add additional practices if needed. Often this will have been completed already for the other Sikka Software product. Select "Next".

4: Do NOT select "Install Sikka Platform Utility". A utility is already installed for the other Sikka Software products. Only install a utility if you added a new location. Select "Finish".

5: Log in to Dental Collect Enterprise. Enjoy!
