Installing Team Viewer
- To install Team viewer on your server or designated workstation computer, first, open a web browser.
1) Click Start
2) Type "Chrome" on the keyboard. A search box will appear as you type
3) Click on the search result for Google Chrome
- Next, type remotesupport.sikkasoft.com into the address bar
- Once the website opens, click on "Download Unattended Host" and click "Run" or "Save"
- Everything will download automatically and once it's done, a 9-digit ID number will pop up in a new window. You will want to record the number and give them to your Customer Success Manager when needed.
Note: You won't need the password. Sikka Software has a secure license password we can use.
