Troubleshooting Quickbooks Certificate Pop

Check SPC Configuration

 

Click the "Setting" tab on the left of the SPC and the "Financial" Tab at the top.

Verify the Data Path. From QuickBooks, press the F2 key. The "Product Information" panel should open. Copy the data path as it appears in the location field in the "File Information" section

The Username in the SPC needs to be "Admin" with a capital A. The password should be the admin password set by the user

 

Check if QuickBooks is in Single User Mode

 

With QuickBook open, click on the file menu. The 7th option should read "Switch to Multi-user Mode". If not, click on "Switch to Single-user Mode"

Check if the Certificate has already been added

 

Click on the edit menu and select Preferences

Click on "Integrated Applications" to the left Then on "Company Preferences" at the top. From this tab all currently connected apps will be displayed. If DPO is already on the list, click "Reauthorize" to the right
