Why Can't I See What My Total A/R Was in the Past
Why Can't I See What My Total A/R Was in the Past
PrintIs my total A/R less now then it used to be or is it growing? This is a great question and a complicated one to answer. A/R is calculated and displayed in "buckets" 0-30 days past due, 31-60, 61-90, over 90, and Total. These rages are "rolling" or relative to the current day. For example debt in the 31-60 range was due 31-60 days ago. Due to this changing the date range on a KPI like Accounts Receivables Vital Signs will not change the data that is displayed in the graph
The Monthly Practice Details report does take a snapshot of Total A/R at the end of each month. However, This feature is only available for months with an active subscription. The Snapshots do not pre-date when the service was first started.
